We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Canada: 3 to 7 business days
- United States: 3 to 10 business days

Shipping fees: Free shipping fo all orders over 150$.
- A fee of $10 CAD applies to orders under $150 CAD shipped to Quebec and nearby provinces.
For the rest of Canada, a fee of $20 CAD applies to orders under $150 CAD.

Remote Area : When shipping to a remote region, additional transportation fees may be required. If the shipping costs we incur exceed 20$, the excess will be invoiced to the customer. We will reach out to you prior to dispatch to inform you and to collect payment of the additional charges.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
- Customs & Duties (U.S. orders only):
Some items are shipped from our U.S. warehouses (no customs or duties).
Other items are shipped from Canada and may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or brokerage charges upon delivery. These charges, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility. If your item is shipped from Canada, you will be notified beforehand and asked to confirm if you would still like to proceed with your order. If you do not receive such a notice, your order will ship from our U.S. warehouse and no additional customs fees will be charged upon delivery.
