OUR STORY
Nurturing little dreamers with nature’s touch.

Hello friends!
I'm Valerie, owner of House of Elia.
My mother, a botanist, nurtured my love for nature from a young age, teaching me to appreciate its boundless beauty and gifts. Now with 4 kids, it is my turn to do so! With House of Elia, we want to fill the children’s universe with nature.
Reveal its beauty, igniting a desire to explore it more and make them aware of the importance of protecting it. Each product come in a matching backpack to inspire curiosity and exploration of nature, encouraging discoveries along the way.
Our complete bedding collection for baby and kids is made from Organic muslin cotton certified GOTS. Our nature-inspired designs are hand-drawn by a local artist. For this inaugural collection, we've selected the Blueberry, Goldenrod, and Ostrich Fern. All native plants from North America, renowned for their their medicinal or utilitarian properties and ecological significance.
Thank you for taking part in this wonderful adventure with us!

OUR MISSION
At House of Elia, our mission is to spark children's curiosity for nature by
creating a soft and inspiring universe that reflects its beauty.
Through our bedding collections illustrated with nature-inspired elements, we invite families to surround themselves with its richness and charm.
We believe that by nurturing this love for nature from an early age, we help shape
a generation of curious children who are aware of the importance of protecting
our planet.
Each creation is a gateway to a world filled with wonder and discovery!

my mother
When I started Houseof Elia, I wanted my mother to be involved in her own way. This love and fascination for nature comes from her. She taught my brothers and me how to make herbariums, and the virtues of the plants growing in the woodland behind our house.
So she helped me select the plants that would make up my first collection, and wrote lovely, educational texts introducing each species.
You can find her texts on our website and I encourage you to read them to your children.
